Everyone knows the impact Amazon has these days. Their brand registry actually slashes trademark infringement before it starts by proactively removing suspected infringing or inaccurate content from Amazon’s website. That’s why it was important to me to file a United States trademark application - a prerequisite for enrolling in Amazon’s brand registry program.

Nike uses its name and a symbol, which is another trademark.
The famous “Just Do It” tagline is their 3rd trademark.
The company name, “Apple”, is different from the logo trademark.
Apple uses this symbol as a logo. Note that it doesn’t have their company name with it.
The company name, “Coca-Cola” is different from the logo trademark.
Coca-Cola has their Brand name stylized as a design trademark, with no other symbols or pictures.
